Went Sentosa today... really very pathetic... Only 5 of us went( Shawn Ron Kin Ali & Me)
Xiong & Kiat PS us!! But actually is reasonable... We didn't blame you guys!!! haha...

While waiting for others, me accompained Kin to have breakfast @ Mcdonald...
Waited till 12pm then went Sentosa together...

Played sux today... Dun wan talk bout it...
Injured my wrist & ankle again... Haiz...

Then had dinner @ hawker centre... Ate untill damn full la...

Went to Bedok for my Ninja-do after slacking @ vivo...
Stupid HILMI!!! Pulled me to spar with him... & then ended sparred with his brother as well...
Injured my Shin... Big blue black!!! Damn...
Though i injured, i felt happy after sparring... Didnt went Ninja-do for more than 2months, but i still can spar!! Skills still at that level... Not bad... Clap Clap!!!

Ok... Now... My conclusion...
Injured Wrist, Ankle, Toe, Shin
I'm Tired... Really very tired... Both mentally & physically...
Need a long time to recover my energy & injuries...
